Please contact us for any project from replacing flooring to house additions/extensions, our Project Manager coordinates all efforts whether our clients are overseas, in a different State or locally. Project Management services are a separate cost for existing clients or customers looking for Project Management services alone.

Lists Your Home

It may seem pretty simple to place your home on the internet with a price and put a “For Sale” sign up in the yard. But really, there’s more to it than that!

Here are DREPM Services, we will take a look at similar homes in the area that are listed or have recently sold to compare to yours. We will also pull stats from the area, look at the property value of the neighbor’s homes, and use all of this information to find the value of your home. This whole process is known as completing a Comparative Market Analysis and helps our agents price your home effectively. Once our agent finds that pricing sweet-spot, we are half-way to listing your house.

Taking Pictures

Next, we have our professional photographer come by, help stage your home for pictures of your home that we will use to advertise your property.

Listing on the MLS

Once our agent has worked with our clients to identify an attractive price, with incredible photos, we are ready to list your home on the MLS. Simply listing your house with beautiful photos and a price isn’t enough, however. Next, we’ll ask you a few questions about the house to write a fabulous description. The description is your chance to get everything not seen in the pictures out to potential buyers.

Some things your realtor will put in the MLS description are:

Proximity to local attractions or amenities
Type of neighborhood
What school districts it’s near
What makes the house stand out
Once on the MLS, your home will be available to see your home on popular sites like Zillow and Realtor.com.

Markets Your Home

Once your home is listed, it’s time to drive traffic to it. Our agent will post the usual signs in your yard and may even put a box of fliers. Then we’ll make sure to list your homes in local home publications, and even market it online. This step is key in getting the word out about your home.

Listing and marketing your home, scheduling and holding open houses, providing expert advice and negotiating the sale are all services we provide. We will not rest until your home is SOLD.
